How to open the product
The mattress memory start will arrive vacuum-packed in cellophane. After you open the box you will need to cut the cellophane with some scissors, after doing that you can now open the mattress.
Some advice on how to keep the product
• Keep it in a fresh ambient
• Do not expose it to the sun directly
• For the daily manutention just use a vacuum cleaner with the lowest power level
